Functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) absorbance spectral differences between hemoglobin (Oxy-Hb) and deoxyhemoglobin (Deoxy-Hb), and hemoglobin (Hb) concentration changes were estimated by measuring reflected light. TMS cooperates with fNIRS to detect blood oxygen concentration. By comparing the test reports before and after, an intuitive evaluation of the treatment effect can be realized. Therefore, fNIRS can be used as a powerful means to evaluate the treatment effect of TMS. TMS therapy combined with fNIRS to monitor brain function status has higher scientific research value in the device combination.
